The Cell-Phone Effect

TW: Much has been made of a potential "Bradley" effect (white voters telling pollsters they will vote for an African-American but then not doing so) which would reduce Obama's actual votes on Tuesday. Nate Silver at 538.com is skeptical of the Bradley effect, but believes there could be a "cell-phone" effect as many pollsters poll only landlines ignoring cellphones and most observers believe cell users trend toward Obama (being younger). Silver posted an interesting graph, the yellow pollsters poll cell users the gray do not.
