It's been cold in Chicago lately. It was actually colder in Chicago on the 15th (high of 0) than it was in Anchorage Alaska (48 F). I'm still glad I don't live there.But if I did, I would definitely check out the Ice Festival held in Fairbanks every year. The photos here are from the 2004 Festival (taken by Sumedha Sengupta on a trip to Alaska).
