TW: Apparently Buffet cited these figures in his most recent bullish talk. Although keep in mind we are amidst a recession so GDP may shrink and during bear markets one can see the ratio going below 50%. Arguably this is a bearish graph but it is a tough time so we will call the glass half full.

A Bullish Market Sign?
