TW: Channeling Michael Douglas in "Falling Down", Santelli went off on those dreaded folks in DC. Too bad the understanding of Paradox of Thrift is so limited and keep in mind many Republicans (see Yardeni et al.) would like an even bigger bailout of homeowners (because if one housing bubble was fun how about another).
Personally I too have little sympathy for greedy arrogant incompetent bankers, greedy consumers, greedy ignorant homeowners, incompetent and ignorant government officals but emotion fixes nothing. The "do nothing/lets just suck it up" crowd tends to be either "end of worlders" (i.e. Mish) or hypocrites.
