TW: Today is Memorial Day. A couple of bloggers for whom I have respect have shared their associations with fallen friends and acquaintances of theirs. Tom Ricks of Foreign Policy magazine shared this story.The above is the late Captain Rob Yllecas, who was injured in Afghanistan last fall and subsequently died in December. His wife created her blog initially to update folks on his treatment and then later about her family's life after the funeral.
