(Click on photos to enlarge) TW: Certainly our health care companies and many Republicans want to assert American health care is the best in the world. Perhaps with certain definitions it might be. But in terms of spending per capita and many effectiveness metrics it is most definitely not. Our system is less effective, it is also very much unsustainable. Something must give.
