Stimulus: Russian Style

TW: Apparently Russian billionaire Roman Abramovich enjoys expensive tastes. I would think the most excited person would have been the waitstaff who pocketed a grand every time the party uncorked another bottle. But to be honest the thing that struck me the most was the ridiculous prices on some of the food (one can spend thousands on wine easily enough if you start uttering words like Petrus etc.).
