Keeping One Foot in the Good Old Days

My sister Leslie might be the only person I know who does not have a personal computing device of some sort. No home computer, no laptop, no iPhone, no Blackberry, not even a cell phone that does email. She says she gets enought computer exposure at work.

I think that if she had this, she might change her mind:
Yep, that's a wooden computer workstation from designer Marlies Romberg. The only thing missing is the CPU that either slides into a hidden drawer (if you're using a laptop) or sits on the floor beneath.

The keyboard, mouse and monitor are made of wood, the only thing from today's world is the screen. I'm pretty sure she's headed to Ms. Romberg's site right now...
