TW: Above is a legit use of a snow blower, a foot plus of powder and a fairly significant area to cover. On the other hand, are those idiots like our neighboring building who when a half inch of snow falls feel the need to bring out the blowers. The noises from a blower when richocheting off high rises can be thourougly annoying at 6 am or 10 pm etc. Just an observation.
