TW: So probably just about anyone who has taken a plane ride has pondered at some level the viability of surviving if the plane should decide to come apart. So the piece below addresses those concerns. Unfortunately as the author points out, executing the proscribed steps only increases your odds from zero to about infinitesimally small. And btw the piece only reinforces the absurdity of the whole "Lost" crash survivors thing even more.
